Good video of Kaju katli manufacturing,but one most important point to bring to your notice Agarwal Ji ,before washing of Kaju is there any possibility to sortting of kaju because u must be aware that sometime, what ever best quality,u find small ants in kaju which develops of its own ( old tins of kaju) as you buy in tons and use in KGS Please ,my suggestion , add some procedure to examine the kaju containers before putting in washing machine. Even if you are using kaju- tukri of quality please make sure to sort out the small ants. Hopefully you will pay some attention to this suggestion. What a huge variety of stuff ,for the first time saw something like this .Otherwise we see on a small scale how they make it in big kadai's and not so hygienic the atmosphere. This is clean and nice with big machines. I have a sweet tooth and love sweets . I make it at home only for the home but each one has a different way of doing things with your variation .
