Was there in the winter the past two years. We were in Marina View loop. Our next upcoming video on Geezers on the Go will be on Cotton Hill. Think we saw that alligator. Check us out.

That was definitely one BIG GATOR! Thanks for watching!

Driving by was OK, however, those of us who are "tent campers only" would appreciate a walk through of the tent sites.

Noted, we will take that into consideration on our reviews. Thanks for the feedback!

Looks like a good place to camp! You were lucky to get it on the holiday weekend. My mom lives not too far from there in Alabama. Usually we just stay at her place as she has lots of space. Safe travels! Chris and Barbara

Sheeeew...I’ve been busy since I last stopped over to watch. You guys have really been on the move too! We love GA...the Blue Ridge Mts there are our favorite. Looked like a nice campground, heard good things about those campgrounds but we haven’t stayed in one yet.

Very interesting! You were near my old stomping grounds! Across the lake from there in Alabama is where my wife is from, and I lived there for several years. We were actually in the Black Hills the weekend you were there. And yes, big alligators! Far too many of them. In the 80s, they were basically non existent there (in what locals call lake Eufaula) now they are everywhere.

I wish we were in the Black Hills! We haven’t quite re-acclimated to this Florida heat and humidity yet! I was pretty surprised at the size of that alligator! Thanks for watching!

I usually stay at bluff creek in pittsview alabama. It's another core of engineers campground. Just wondering how the cell service is?
@JouppiOutdoors2 жыл бұрын
The cell service was very good. We had 3 bars of Verizon and were able to work online and stream video on our mobile hotspot. Thanks for watching!

Those are some awesome camp sites. Oh man, those are nothing. Have you been to Tugaloo State Park in Ga.? Now those are some tricky sites. Oh and don't go to Paris Mountain State Park in Greenville, SC. Whoever designed the camp sites must of been smoking meth. Horrible!!
