You've got some beautiful plants here, and I love how those lupins have an umbrella plant vibe.

Yeah I don't see them in many tropical style gardens but the palmate leaves are a perfect fit!

Cordyline flowers are amazing. I wish my huge cordyline hadn't been decimated by the 2022 winter it had amazing flowers.

Yeah I've never been massively into cordyline - I've always seen it as a filler plant. But this flower smells amazing.

Awesome garden, don’t know how you guys manage it over there in the UK! I struggle with the extreme heat & drought here in Western Australia. Happy gardening!

Thank you! Plenty of rain year round, and relatively mild winters for the latitude make it easier than you might think (with some careful planting choices of course). What do you grow in WA?

Chamaerops humilis are prone to black spots, it's like a virus, similar to black spots on rose leaves. You could treat with an anti-fungus spray or the same stuff used for roses.

I’ve just read an about using 1 part milk to 10 parts water. I’m going to give it a try. I’ve tried Rose Clear that didn’t work.

@@gc4434 I use Liquid Copper Fungicide, it's blue, the Americans use it. It fades the black spots and stops the spread. The heavy rain and wind spreads it. As soon as the new fronds come out clear I snip the old ones. Let me know if the 10% milk solution works.
