Yay finally back ! If you're searching for original ideas when why not trying to do a marble run ceiling suspended only (or almost). Pretty fun to do, did it one time with little strings, the track was moving a bit. You should try it ;)
@ScottsMarbleRuns7 жыл бұрын
It's very difficult to do those types of tracks because you need to put heaps of tape on the ceiling, and neither of my parents are exactly fans of that at all. But yeah it definitely looks awesome when supported from above instead of below. Thanks for the feedback!

Another awesome marble run. What is the length of this track in metres? Cheers Scott.
@ScottsMarbleRuns7 жыл бұрын
Thanks SplatterFrog! To be honest, I don't usually keep a record of the track length. For this I would estimate somewhere around fifty metres.

Building is quite stressful and sometimes things do not go to plan. If it was easy, then everybody would be doing it. If I make something that I don't think is very good, I won't post the video because this will de-value my brand. I'd rather give you guys quality content once per month than poor videos every two weeks.
@boland736 жыл бұрын
Good idea and yeah I imagine that it would be stressful setting it all up and then having it not work the right way and having to alter it and everything until it works then you gotta capture it on camera in a way that you think looks good and edit it too

Hi Scott, where can i get the kit to build one? thanks
@ScottsMarbleRuns7 жыл бұрын
Hello Jack, if you're in Australia then I can direct you to a seller based in Sydney. If you're overseas, your best bet is going to be searching "quercetti skyrail" on the internet.

How long does it take to make this?
@ScottsMarbleRuns7 жыл бұрын
Hi Imran, this marble run took two days of building with about an hour of filming and three hours of cleaning up. Smaller videos can be done in shorter time frames, and bigger videos have taken up to four days in the past.

Combination of factors. Main one being that I've just finished high school. Trying to get out and enjoy what might be my last proper holiday by going out with mates and just generally relaxing. Marble run building is stressful and requires time when the set up area is free of people. 2nd reason is that I've struggled to get back into a rhythm since coming back and I've actually just been overseas for a week. I hope this answers your question.

Bro why did you choose this content
@ScottsMarbleRuns7 жыл бұрын
I chose this because I've been doing it since I was a young kid. Made sense to simply continue what I was already doing but with filming and editing.
