Fun job!!! I went to Bohol, Alona Beach 15 years ago, soooooo chill and beautiful Definitely alot more tourists now, but Bohol is a gorgeous island with a bunch of places to go to. The Philippines is such a great place to adventure Keep it real and enjoy the moment

Ahh Panglao. Used to go there for 2 consecutive summers some 30+ years ago when Alona Beach beach was practically empty. Stayed at my family friend’s house at the tip of Doljo very near of what is now Bellevue. No electricity back then and all we do all day was swim or do island hopping! At night, the men in the village would visit with their guitars and serenade my aunt. Those were the days!

Hi nice vlog. Me and my husband moved our small family to Panglao. It has been our home for more than a year. We started off with a 3 day vacation when I was pregnant, my husband is British and we both fell in love with it. We tested the move by staying for 1 month and then eventually made the move after a couple of months. So far we are loving it, and the fact that the city is just close by gives us a bit of security when we have medical needs and going to the malls is like 30min-40 min drive. We live 5 minutes away from Alona but Dumaluan beach is our favorite! We always frequent South Palms because the beach is just stunning. Just that whole stretch of beach is amazing!

Bohol is beautiful. Beaches are awesome. That's the first Island my wife Jonalyn and I went to. We stayed at Dumaluan Beach resort back in 2011. Not sure what its like now. So much to see chocolate hills, Tarsier, butterfly sanctuary Loboc River tour and man made forest. We also went into the python snake cage back then, may not be there now. Brony I think his name was. Enjoy u guys you will absolutely love it.

You two hit it right for that sunset. We landed at the new airport the first day it opened five years ago. We stayed at South Palm for a week. The food and service is five star. And will definitely be back, as it’s way nicer than the Sunrise trail. Best wishes, and be safe

dauis & panglao are two different towns, that's part of bohol,but next to it's each other,so it's like twin cities,each has her own mayor & councilors, it's kinda confusing if you're new there,but I get what you're saying man ..... anyway,i was born & raised in bohol .... before year 2K,bohol island isn't a destination to go for everyone,nobody care that much even filipino tourists ....although, there's already potential that it'll grow like what it is now,but I've never expected it .... I've seen some few tourists who visited there bcuz of choco hills & bohol beach club before, but you can count them easily,but once year 2K came,suddenly,the island became 1 touristy places to go in the philippines .....

Visit also their Public market very cheap always try to check locals and talk to them thry they are very nice & generous people. Bohol is best to live.Also check cheaper apartment in Bohol❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

Guys having done a number of multi-month long trips I can empathize. I have learned that for me I need to take a vacation within the body of larger trip when I start feeling overly tired or burned out. When that happens I find a place I like and just stay there for a number of days until I feel like travelling some more. Also I believe that the quality of experience is a lot more important than the overall number of thing you try to do. I tend to travel a given region of the world on a given trip. Within that region I put together a list of several thing I want to do or experience and then surround those items with plenty of unstructured days. Also if I don’t do all the thing on my list it’s total fine. I tell my self that they may be things I can do on future trip. If I never do that is fine as well. For me I realize I am so very fortunate to be able to travel whenever and almost anywhere I want. Consider travelling slower and plan for rest days within your travel schedule.

Is Bohol your last island to stay? If you still have days left, don’t forget to visit the chocolate hills, tarsier and cruise Lobok River with food and music. Must do is also their island hopping. Gorgeous islands while the main Bohol is very green with lush vegetation. It would have been nice guys if you could visit Siargao also even for 2 nights. There’s a direct flight from Cebu. Then from there you can fly to Manila to your departure to another country though Cebu has flights to other Southeast Asian countries too. Going back to Canada, Cathay Pacific does it from Cebu with stopover in Hongkong. In case you’re contemplating going to Siargao, there you’ll see lots of cafes with healthy options. Even if surfing is not your thing, there are beaches in the North with calm waters for you to swim. Enjoy Bohol❤️
