Just put the bins of cards and businesscards at ur packing table so u just cant forget to include them in ur orders. When i first started i included japanese candy with every order to give people the full japanese experience but at some point just stopped doing it for no reason. I still include free cards and businescard with every order and if i messed up an order or shipped it a bit late i will write customers a note on an energycard and put some more freebies in with their order.

The decision is do you expand to a serious business, moving into a big industrial shed, hire real workers, a new truck to carry the extra inventory, get a business partner to spread the workload? Nobody HAS to continue growth indefinitely. If you're already working at a scale that is uncomfortable for you, consider listing less of your inventory and buying less. If you're comfortable where you're at, stay there. If you ever get tired of it, sell it off. Nothing has to grow indefinitely or remain indefinitely. But yea, HUGE step to actually moving into a real shop out in public with open doors.

More business owners need to have this talk with themselves. This is like a compound off your video yesterday. All that marketing you’re talking about is the thing that builds brand loyalty and creates more value in your business because those are growth strategies that never stop growing your tree. It’s easy to stop because the penetration metric doesn’t show up when you’re doing as many sales as you do. Your insights on this is so refreshing and hopefully you get back to what makes you feel good about your output! Differentiate yourself, because if you don’t you’re just every other 7 figure business.

The balance between setting goals and how you handle achieving them is complex. When you hit a goal you set such as finishing a half marathon it’s easy to get the “I did it” feeling and then slowly give it up. The key is learning how to celebrate hitting your goal while still feeling driven to hit the next goal. If you figure out how to do that please let me know 😅
