Born and Raised Brothers! You all have it right on and Dirk explains it perfectly. Hunting with good friends, brothers, sisters, family. Is what’s most important! It is a blessing to fill a tag but the memories made with good company are priceless. That is why I follow Born and Raised Outdoor, the goal is to make it more than hunting yes inspiring, entertaining, educating is quality with Born and Raised Outdoors but what makes the hunt is relationships built, strengthened or renewed and enjoying Gods creation out doors. Dirks has it right once again the while football is great the outdoors and hunting beats sitting on the couch watching football.

Like his comment about beats sitting on the couch watching football. Still say the best way to follow college football on a a Saturday is to be sitting on a landing listening to it on the radio. Taking a break from buck hunting, eating a sandwich. Love those fall days. Cost range boys know what a landing is

Was just curious if y’all found any old injuries that could have contributed to the right side of the rack being weaker than the left.
@THEBUGLEROFFICIAL3 жыл бұрын
Nothing obvious 👍🏻
@timmoore60553 жыл бұрын
My hunting partner and I have hunted central Montana for the last 6 years; we each took 5 bucks. Every one of them had slight to noticeable differences side-to-side. They are animals, and short of some biologist's explanation, I think variations side-to-side are expected. This was a great buck, no questions.
@timothychristian91403 жыл бұрын
@@timmoore6055 It was an awesome buck and I agree that there are natural differences from one side of a rack to the other. I also know that an injury can cause it as well. Not all injuries cause major rack deformities and that is why I asked. Thanks for your response and the info. Hopefully someday I will get my health lined out and be able to come out west and hunt elk and maybe mule deer as well.
@timothychristian91403 жыл бұрын
@@THEBUGLEROFFICIAL Thanks for the response. Congratulations on an awesome buck by the way.
@timmoore60553 жыл бұрын
@@timothychristian9140 Hope your health improves. Be warned that the weather in central (and eastern) Montana can vary late October/early November. We have had decent (as in, in the high 30's/low 40's) weather with wind gusting to 60 mph; and snow/ice with temps from 0 to 8 degrees with a 20 mph wind gusting higher. That stuff coming out of the Canada ice box can make any hunt a challenge. Knee deep snow can be a challenge just to get to glassing areas; get a deer down and the drag isn't so bad downhill. Uphill, you might want to be quartering and packing. With friends Good friends. Good luck!

Great hunt. I have a question! Who is allowed to buy a general tag for eg. Elk, Muldeer! Only US citizens, or even also owner of green card or permanent residence. The reason why I am asking, most of my family, eg. my brother lives in Miami and if it is allowed, i would like to convince him to take me for a hunt to make our next hunting Video for Woodwalker wildlife & hunting in USA. Thank you for your answer

What's a BMA?
@bornandraisedoutdoors3 жыл бұрын
BMA stands for Block Management Area, where private landowners opt into the program to allow access to the public. The state pays per hunter for allowing access. It’s a great system. Hats off to Montana for this great program.
