Save your pickle juice. You can reuse it to make more pickles. Just heat up the juice for a couple of minutes in the microwave or to a simmer on the stove. Poor the juice back into the original jar and add your cucumbers to the hot liquid. Or you can add cauliflower and carrots. Really yum. Just refrigerate after cooling.
