@@darreng745 Or it exposes the severe understaffing issues. People tend to notice bad roads and potholes and when they are repaired, but blocked culverts go unnoticed by most taxpayers. At best after heavy rainfalls it gets noticed, but soon forgotten once people see potholes...

Wow!! You are about as far north as you can drive in the summer in Northern Ontario. I grew up in Timmins and had neighbours who camped in Fraserdale. They too said the mosquitoes and black flies were as thick as clouds! You are one adventuresome fellow! 👍

This video confused me as thought it was the same video as before with those rods. Using stones was clever to stop them dropping down again was clever. Great design as no mad strength needed to remove them. Always love to see your face when getting it flowing well and some amount of muck going through. Man that exit pipe was getting blocked more and more but the pressure of flowing water moving it. Enjoyable video again

So cool to see you up in Ontario! I’ve always wanted to get up to and drive those far north roads. I’ve technically been more north than that (Muskrat Dam, ON), but that was a fly in only or ice road in the winter. Now I’m going to have to plan a trip up there someday soon!

Again I'm properly jealous of your countries enormous wilderness. We haven't got a lot here in the UK so we don't get the same opportunities as you have to unclog, and we have no beavers here so don't always get this kind of issue! Thanks for the ride...love a lonely road venturing deep into the forest. You're lucky you found a Mrs. Post that can tolerate such a beautiful ride. They're usually too eager to get to the destination and struggle to comprehend that the trip IS the destination. I'd love to explore the canadian wilderness but I love my guns too much...too lazy/nervous to complete all the necessary paperwork...if they even allow that anymore.

Those beavers certainly moved a lot of mud into that culvert. Now they'll have to do it all over again. lol You keep them on their toes. That's beautiful country up there. The South has mosquitos and deer flies like that too out in the country. I've never gotten used to them. Living and working at one of those dams is appealing. Thanks for showing us.

Hey Post, I saw a thing today about deer flies. If you put a fake dragonfly about 6 inches above your head (like what people use to have a halo over their head), it will keep the flies away. It actually works!

I have seen on tiktok that if you use a dragonfly on a wire and clip above your head, it will keep the deerfly away. Apparently, it's their natural predator.
