Bob and Brad are fantastic! I follow them on KZbin and they do real physical therapy advice and exercises. They fixed my neck when I couldn’t even move it due to severe pain. I did their exercises for a few days and my neck was fixed. So they are legit. ❤

This is my favorite PR haul yet. So many interesting things! I'm skeptical about the automatic elliptical -- I'll research it but I don't see how passive exercise would be effective for toning or calorie burning. Maybe for people who just need to work out some joint stiffness. I'm super interested in the ear pods. I could never get the Apple ones to fit right. P.S. You and Jonathan looked like you were having so much fun! Cute.

Samantha, I agree I hate headphones that I can’t hear things with, but I’m blind and need to hear about my outside noise. I use shocks there on Amazon and I love them. My neighbor suggested by the wine.

Hi Samantha! Collagen powder does work. I dissolve it in warm water. To make it work you must also take biotin and vitamin C. Takes a while -- maybe 6 months to a year or so but it works. My hair was getting so thin and now it's so much fuller. 😊

I'm so conflicted about the coffee. I really want to try it, but it's twice as expensive as other concentrate I've used and you get less for the price. But it sounds really good! Also, I do use collagen, but I use it because it's a lot of protein. I read somewhere that it's beneficial to get 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up, so I use a protein shake and add collagen and it's perfect. I use Vital Proteins, though, which is a pretty popular brand.

On your snore guard go to your dentist. Have them make one for you. They do run around $1200. They are expensive your insurance may or may not cover your medical insurance might cover it if you’ve been diagnosed with sleep apnea you might have to go and do a sleep study to get your insurance to cover this but years of working for dentists patients who are using these definitely are doing better

I have the AirPod 2nd gen with the noise cancellation. I only wear 1 at a time as well. It gives me way to much anxiety not being able to hear what’s going on around me, especially with the kids.

I wear noise canceling beats around the house. They calm me, not hearing all the house noises. Saying that, my kids are grown adults. Bob and Brad are great, I’ve watched them for years. I have one of their guns, and I’m with you it hurts! 😂 It can make me hurt for days. Like bruised feeling. Hopefully it does not do that to you.

Yes I also get anxiety if I can’t hear my kids. Me however I will wear them in the same room as them so I can see them. I watched one of your unboxing videos with them in and my kids were in the same room as me. My big thing is when I’m sick I am scared to take a medication that will knock me out at night because that will be the night my kids need me at 2am or something and I am in a dead sleep. So I get it girl, mom anxiety is a thing.

If you get your collagen through your diet (from bone) it does have benefits. Other forms have no actual research behind them. Why would it matter? There are amino acids and vitamins found in meat. Most often, you need the combo to get the benefit. For instance: Calcium. If you have no Magnesium the extra calcium isn't going to get absorbed. This is why people on vegetarian or vegan diets will need to take lots of amino acids, protein, and vitamin supplements and monitor their levels. That zappy hair remover was throwing serious lightening bolts!😂
