HUGE NEW CHANGES to The Wandering Village EXPERIMENTAL VERSION | Part 1

Welcome back to The Wandering Village Experimental Version! When I first tried the experimental version I was on the fence about it, but having done 11 episodes in it, I grew to love it. When we went back to do our hostility 6 challenge I found myself missing some aspects of the Experimental version... so we are back! And good thing, as there are SO many changes since the last time we looked at this! The entire research page has changed as well as the research notes are gone! New artwork and more to be discovered some come with me on another Onbu journey!
Also, I've decided for a more low-key music this time around with some fantasy vibes, I hope you like it!

Ooh, you can set the number of workers before the building is built? That's a really great QoL improvement. That's interesting that they changed the beet growing speed; thinking about it maybe the berries now have different growing speeds? (I didn't think to check at the time.) 20:20 You could have researched the stonemason. (I don't know what the best choice actually is.)

Berries look the same as in the previous experimental version with slightly worse speeds at the two ends. I agree, being able to select how many workers before it’s finished building is great, especially for things like the fishery or seawater collector that aren’t used in every biome.

You can actually select the next research item even when you don't have all the resources. They will just deliver them to the research building and then the research starts as soon as all the materials are at the building. (Also the look of the research tree is terrible imho)

I did find that, but we are also using those resources for basic building so selecting them slower, but good to keep in mind for the future 💛💛 I don’t mind the new tree but it feels a lot more like other games than it did before. I’ve only played a bit, so we will see once we get a bit further along. Thanks for watching 💛💛
