Running bigger pedals tends to need better toe box protection in your shoe. I've tried them just a lap around a parking lot.

These pedals have made a big difference with my knees. The pins keep my feet on the pedals. So much so, that it feels almost like I'm still strapped in. Beware of toe overlap though. Best on mountain and hybrid bikes in my opinion.

Huge? These pedals are just right for my size 14 shoes. I guess one man's skis is another man's snowshoe. I'm never going back to "normal" size pedals or clipless. Great review, thanks!
