Im not surprised with the difference in prices. The 70s and 80s were muuch more affordable and manageable. these days everything is so difficult. My small little home in a suburb area with not land is costing about 1mil today. Who can afford that. Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤

Believe it or not Wages were a lot less taxes were very high Public enterprise worker such as retail were paid less than private enterprise. I am going to do a video with a few comparisons to show this. My dad worked for Maryvale paper mill which was private enterprise. Will go more into this in a video next week.

My Father started life as an adult saving. He continued this until the early 2000"s when he got dementia.
