Really nice Home, Strong curb appeal with the stone accent. I like the fact that the Garage has an elevated ceiling. The pricing would not even get a Town-Home in some parts of the country, to include areas north on the East coast. Florida winters are nice.

I’m no Genius but isn’t it an issue that there is landscaping in front of the garage where there should be a driveway to access the garage 🤔?.. I mean I have only been in the Construction industry for over 20 years so what do I know..🤷🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

Easy fix though I would still purchase this house and pour my own driveway. Still makes me wonder if there is also a sprinkler system that has to be rerouted if so the price could be negotiated even more to accommodate the work needed to correct this issue.

I bought the same thing if I'm drhorton pull and the association fees went sky-high since I've been here is why it is hard to sell because quite a bit of people when you go to talk about HOA don't want it

Dont forget the house was overpriced by 200k to begin with.The market is falling fast,the reason for the price drop.I live 20 mins from that house.before 2020 it was around 165k to 180k.
