Bow = front of boat Stern = back of boat Starboard = Right side Port = Left side
@stykytte2 жыл бұрын
In the company of royalty you might "BOW over FORWARD, or get a STERN reprimand BACK", and if you're asking if there was any of a specific alcoholic beverage remaining you might ask "is there any RED PORT LEFT over?" which gives you the colour of the running light on that is usually on the Port or Left side of a marine or air vehicle. .. Green/Starboard/Right I never heard one for but it's easy to just think the opposite of Red Port Left.

technically you don't have to run a filter. out on the water the dust is minimal, most boats don't use them. same as your snowblowers back home in CO

You need a blower fan for the engine compartment. Should have left that hole for a vent. the battery really should be moved away from the fuel. in case of something coming loose or shorting, it would be best to be on the opposite side of the fuel. Oh and your cockpit is on the wring side. That's kinda cool though. Keep it a car guy's boat.

Every boat operator should know the following terms and definitions. Bow : Front of a boat. (Not Hood) Stern : Rear of a boat. Starboard : Right side of a boat. Port : Left side of a boat. Hull : Body of a boat. Gunwale : Upper edge of boat's side (generally pronounced gunnel) Cleat : Metal fitting on which a rope can be fastened.
