The Pave Low MH-53J's mission is to perform low-level, long-range, undetected penetration into denied areas, day or night, in adverse weather, for infiltration, exfiltration and resupply of special operations forces.

@DR CHOAS or maybe Grindor, who knows with this one. His scanning must have been out of whack cuz it thinks it's an army, navy, and air force heli all at the same time, lol.

Saw a video the other day of an RC Jet that could go over 400mph! These huge replicas are fascinating plus, there is just about every kind of aircraft and vehicle that are or were ever in the sky or on the floor!

The Pave was exclusively AF. The Navy/Marine 2 engine was the CH-53. Army had nothing to do with any version of this airframe. It could be the owner is simply trying to give tribute to all the services. For that, I would commend them.

So many decals... One more and you'll probably have to reclassify it as flying advertising space. And yeah, to echo other commenters...SFOR+USAF+NAVY+"BLACK STALLION"+"MARK DEFENDER"...uh, what? The above would be the only blemish on an otherwise impeccable RC model. Kudos to whoever built it.

Title calls it an Army Pave Low... except Pave Low is an Air Force heli and if it's Army, then why does it say NAVY on the side? That's like three strikes in one title.

Nice hybrid build (the canted tail is on the 3 engine E Model). But it's missing the aerial re-fueling probe. Also the Navy didn't fly the Pave Low version. That's a USAF version.

It's the first time I've seen such a smooth flight too. Can anyone tell me if it's the aircraft, the pilot, both...or some electronic aid? Thanks in advance.
@adampasquale45998 жыл бұрын
Some people are adding bottle rockets and flairs for effects like the real thing.
@davidsmart85948 жыл бұрын
I was thinking more of the kind of electronics found in modern drones...'Pilot Assist', I think it's called. Smooth flight anyway...!

Honetly, I think with clever camera work, you could get a pretty damn realistic impression of the real thing, good enough for hollywood.

@jimmyhenderson28608 жыл бұрын
Using two different tail numbers, one navy/ Marine style with the 161xxx the other af style 4428. The af style would have been 664428 though. 428 was a HH53 B in 1966 hence the sponson struts for aux tanks. The E modle tail stab doent fit at all nether does the crew door on the left side.
