There was no logical reason to think Fleer Jordan prices were going to stay that high. They aren’t that rare. There wasn’t going to be this sudden scarcity where they would never going to be available. Just dumb, and suckers like Geoff bought into it . The attention to kids in the hobby is extremely strange. Especially when you see influences being a little too nice to a child while the parent stands behind equally starstruck letting these losers touch thier kids and be sweet (flirting) and then posting on the social media. Essentially grooming in plain sight. The surprise isn't that hobby hero are getting caught for this creepy behavior, it is that there aren't more people getting caught.

So a 9.5 to a black label? It's obvious someone at Beckett purchased that card cracked the case and upgraded it to make their card more valuable. It's pay to play and they pop control/downgrade cards hoping you send it back in at a higher level to get the true grade. Also the owners want to keep their 10's low pop so why would they give your card a 10 even if it deserves it

I've submitted about 500 cards to BGS. Hardly ever get any 10 subgrades. Got 3 pristine 10's in total. It's all controlled. I've cracked stickers and got back different grades on the centering

Idk... Call me crazy but there is no card market... All it is is what a certain (the right person) person at a certain ( the right time)time is willing to pay for a card... For example : one day a Jordan card can sell for 500k at an auction that was set in the evening on a weekend and the very next day it cud see for 200k in a morning auction on a Monday... There's no one person regulating the market like it was years ago wen u had Beckett... They set the price then it was up to the owner to sell it for more or less... Now a days u can have a person how knows nothing about cards,sports, or any physical activity for that matter pull a 1 of 1 CJ Stroud... And he can sell it for 1k... And that becomes the cards market value...
