How gorgeous is that "periwinkle" lilac eyeshadow! It's beautiful. Glad to see you increased your sunscreen application. The general rule of thumb is a good line of sunscreen down two halves of your fingers for your face and the same for your neck. Then allow at least 20 minutes before applying makeup. It only felt "greasy" because you applied a good amount and you're not used to it. A massive *THANK* *YOU* for being genuine enough to listen to your faithful subbies. You're truly amazing, ❣🌸❣🌸❣🌸❣

You can try the 2 finger method for applying SPF! Draw two lines of product on your index and middle finger, that should be enough for your face. Add another finger for your neck 😁

Gucci lipstick in Penny Beige is a better cool or neutral tone shade IMO. It doesn’t have the gray tones. It’s one of my favorite nudes and works for a variety of skin tones. Also - try the satin formula! I find it’s more smooth than the matte one.

2 finger rule on Sunscreen. Put a line on your index & middle fingers & that will cover your face, neck & ears. Also, wait at least 20mins before putting on your makeup so the sunscreen has time to set & usually the shine and or the tacky oil feel will be gone. It depends on the sunscreen.

Also Re: Sunscreen I was having tons of trouble with sunscreen creeping into my eyes and what stopped it for me was powdering it to set it around my eyes and on my lids. Now I am able to apply sunscreen to my lids and around my eyes which my derm reminded me to apply there.

I think the powder looked gorgeous under your eyes, other than the darkness. But as soon as you tapped it under your eye, it looked sooooo smooth. Of course, it could be your lighting, but I don’t think so because I’ve never really noticed it when you have done other powders. I could be biased because I LOVE Kosas. Their tinted face oil is one of my holy grail products, and their cream blush duos too. Absolutely gorgeous.

I think the consensus on youtube and Sephora reviews has been if u have 2 pick one of the Rare Beauty blushes, the 1 in the bottle is better. Most people like the packaging on the other blush but have had problems with the blush falling out. The blush in the bottle is supposed 2 b super pigmented too. i kinda want to buy the cream blush in the pink packaging cause it is so cute.

I am kinda interested in the liquid one however the fact that it is super pigmented is a downside for me. I'd rather be able to put it on with the applicator carelessly, build up if needed than having to be very mindful of how much goes onto my face. For me the Saie spf is definitely one that works best when used in combination with a more mattifying one. I mix a little of it with my paulas choice spf on days my skin is more dehydrated than normal and it adds a touch more dew/glow without being too much. Love this final look on you! ❤

BareMinerals loose bronzer, I used to wear the OG shade Warmth...when that's the only shade they had. You have to apply exactly how you do the foundation - swirl, tap, buff. And use very little at a time, let it set a bit, then add as needed.

Edited to add: also the Rare Beauty melting blush is so good and it's like a barely there formula but buildable. I'm obsessed. Love! I am compelled to share this with you. I am eczema prone and I recently had angular chelatis on the sides of my mouth due to dry mouth. I used tried and true methods for two weeks and it just didn't want to clear up. I just wore the LYS foundation yesterday. The way you described it is exactly what I found on my skin as well. 👍🏻 It looked really nice after applying. I did use my fingers. Within 4 hours it looked worn off in spots. I had to reapply. By 10 pm it was simply patchy. Not much coverage. I had it in my hands to begin a return but decided to hang onto it to try with different applications and different primers. Hoping for a good outcome. I would like it to work for every day wear because it is so affordable.

I kept hearing you were supposed to use 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of sunscreen on your face. So I measured out 1/4 teaspoon and it seriously took 5 minutes of continuous rub I g to get it even remotely rubbed in 🤣🤣 I’ll stick my slightly larger than a pea sized amount 😊 I never get sunburned on my face and I have super pale skin so it seems to be working
