I love ur style. But I would keep in mind the damage clothing has on the environment. Though Shein is quite cheap it leads into the idea that clothing is disposable when in fact clothing produces the most waste. Though donating and selling clothes are an option, the constant production of clothes creates a giant amount of waste. I am not criticizing you, I am just trying to spread more awareness. So in the future though exploring your fashion style is quite fun, keep basics that can be paired together to make many different outfits all year long. Just a thought.

@Janiya Gowdy I understand that. But those clothes are still being produced by workers that might no be getting their daily wage. Plus the idea that clothing is done in a couple of uses is interesting. Since after your done growing, the clothes you buy, if high quality can last you a long time. Even though clothes can be sold, you should try not to lead to that unless truly necessary . (Its a concept called fast fashion, you can find many resources explaining it more clearly.) // I know not everyone is perfect. I was just trying to spread awareness to others, especially since Black Friday is coming up.

Because I know Black Friday is when a lot of the fast fashion shopping occurs. When every other youtuber does a shein, romwe, or zaful haul, it does produce waste. If they want to learn more about this issue they can, or they can let it go. I just want the few who might want to do something about it to be aware.

Yes thrifting is a great option, but it’s very hard and time consuming to find a piece that is cute! Shein has a more trendy clothes 😭 I’ve been trying to find other options that aren’t too expensive, but haven’t really dabble in that yet. For example I did find nice cute decent price jewelry on Instagram (small business) Do you have any advice and stores that are affordable?

But the best thing you can do is wear the clothes you own and don't buy clothes unless its a necessity. If you need clothes maybe first start with thrift shops or instagram shops. I know its kinda hard in Covid-19. If you do want to buy clothes then instead of buy clothes that are produced to last you a short period of time, buy from sustainable, organic clothes that are good for the environment as well as you. Like see if the workers are getting paid what they deserve. Some brands could be Amour Vert, Pact, Alternative Apparel, Kotn, Boody, Girlfriend, etc. There are more and with research you can find them. I am not trying to make everybody change their lifestyle. Just trying to make more people aware so they can try if possible to make some differences.

you seem super sweet and the video is well made but watching this made me so incredibly frustrated. there is no way you need two blue fuzzy jackets, multiple leather blazers, and two of practically the same patchwork jeans. obviously do what you want but this is so painfully exessive and to be suporting a fast fasion brand like shien that uses sweatshop labor is so icky. children are forced to make the clothes you are wearing and people are being exploited for labor.
