That is such a cool sketchbook! I think it's such a wonderful way for self-expression. I don't really do that much art but I do a lot of writing in my journal, and to me I feel that journaling gives a similar feeling as drawing in a sketchbook regularly!

Thanks !! And yesss journaling is seriously so therapeutic. I love both drawing and writing my ideas and feelings and have found it to be a great strategy for when times get rough or if I want to capture something special!

This one was a basic strathmore sketchbook, which I would totally recommend because the paper was super nice !! And ya the struggle with finding a good sketchbook is killer lmao 💀😭
