Cute haul! Thanks for mentioning you're going to do more research before putting up the hummingbird feeder. The nectar they sell isn't good for them, especially if it has dye in it. You'll probably find that the best thing to fill it with is a sugar water mixture. 🌸🐇

If you're going to grow plants you should really research how to grow it. That is often why those kits kinda fail, they need more than what people realize. More or less light, fertilizer, how often it should be watered etc. On paper it sounds like a lot but it's really easy! I have a plant addiction after getting a couple. Plants are very easy to care for the number 1 thing is how often it needs to be watered. Watering every day is usually too much for most plants most enjoy drying out between waterings but ofc every plant is different.

If your names not actually on the place for a mortgage it's not yours, your just paying rent monthly and the payments go to someone who pays it. Getting a house is different than renting someone's house which you couldn't seem to sadly do...I would learn your stuff before going all about how it's your house n I thought it was a townhouse sorry it seemed small it doesn't even have a basement
