these are my favorite MTT content on KZbin, I often watch them in the mornings when i'm focus, on a hi-def big screen TV with lots of rewinding. Ben, You are a treasure sir. thank you so much.

Thanks Ben for this video! Super interesting content! Just have a question, i saw you differ from your normal OpenRaise und Bluff3Bet Ranges sometimes, do you play these hands because you have either a big stack (so for pressure i guess) or the spot is too good (3Bet bluff A8o against a Big Stack) or whats the reason you play these hands that are normaly a fold (in the RYE Range Charts)

@Raise your Edge minute 25:00 in the sunday million with TT. could you please explain the theory behind the shove on the flop? we are 60ish bb deep arent we isolating our selfes vs better hands only? what kind of hands do we expect to continue which we beat?is it only to decline 2 over cards the equity and how about calling him off in case he jams on a none brodway turn or he checks on a blank than we jam. thx for the content Ben. cant say how much i enjoy it.

I also wanna know about this Ben
@RaiseYourEdge5 жыл бұрын
It is basically protection. He has all AK, some AQ and AJs, some bluffs like QJs and KQo. Those hands have massive equity and we need to protect our hand. Given all the DM that is in the middle, shoving is the better play. If he has JJ+, so it be. But those are only 12 combos compared to 32combos of AQ and AK, and then around 30 combos of AJ/KQ/QJ.

In min 42 sunday Warm-up the guy is raising in utg with a 10bb stack, i dont know the player but from experience the range would be very strong, very rare that KQs dominantes there in my opinion, a flip at best. Do i think to tight?

That KJ guy reminded me of Tiffany Williamson pacing around the table for like 20 minutes in the main event all those years ago after Sheikhan shoved on her KJs. He should have given it a bit more thought :)

Hey Ben, thanks for the video and all the amazing free content you put up here. Had a question about the TT hand at 9:04 in the Sunday Million : would you ever flatcall here considering we're effectively 70bb deep and you have a sizable edge on the field ?

At 22:08 Why would u wanna x/shove the River with J7 on 9J9 7 6 ?? He will have all the AJ KJ QJ AA KK QQ JJ A9 9x and basically all the better hands.... Why would u shove that? im really confused :p i would x/call that and be scared eheh
@JJLiberman5 жыл бұрын
i was just going to ask the same thing, is it for hen he is going for 3 streets with Jx+, qq-AA? obviously we block some jacks, but he does have 98s-A9s hands
@JJLiberman5 жыл бұрын
also, if we had 9x on that j99 dd board, we would check raise flop
@TheVitalTiger5 жыл бұрын
Yep, that's what I came down here to ask. I'm guessing he missed that his two pair wasn't live... or somehow missed the paired board there, but could be mistaken? Seems we're only getting called by hands beating us on a check shove here...

why not overbet shoving at 10:40?
@PAomaiordomundo6 жыл бұрын
because his range is a lot of middle pair or worst, so against that he is getting a lot of folds on the river, so basically A9,K9,Q9,9T,98, A4,A5, and sometimes 66-TT. He probably bets JT+ on a draw heavy board since it still needs some protection.

bencb, you are for sure one of the best player and coach. But ur vid need some improve.. in my opinion 6-8 tables at the same moment isnt good idea. Much better would be moving beetwen tables where something going on. Im ur huge fan, would to watch every single hand you play.. think about that and maybe in next vid change some. Gl to you and hole rye
