Rocio’s is talking about 3 things, 1) exhaust ventilation for a gas powers appliances, 2) carbon monoxide detector, regardless the ventilation. It is battery powered and a fixed to the ceiling. 3) The bathroom ventilation is primarily to extract moisture from the bathroom, to avoid mold and microbial conditions. There are required in Argentina, not Kenya, but some buildings in Nairobi, especially built for expatriates, do have these components. Since you will all be in that space, these are critical! Kenya’s climate allows us to get away with opening the windows etc. In Argentina, especially during winter, the ventilations systems are a life savor! All the best to you mate!

Marwa the toilet bowl refill tube is missing it connects to the water valve mechanism and the overflow tube. That's why water is coming for the valve mechanism top while refill the tank. You also have a kink vanity sink water hose.

There's plenty of work to do to clear that junk from the entrance gate to the yard. You also need to paint all the walls of the yard up to the entrance gate if you want guests of the future AirBnB to feel comfortable there

Marwa while flooring is been done I hope you’re working on outside to remove stuff. I would recommend building an enclosure with fencing material ( wood / Plastic) to hide Mr Lewis “ TREASURES “😂😂 and planting flowers around to camouflaged that space while adding beauty 💐 🌺 🌺

Yes when you lay tile, once it’s put down you have to let it cure overnight then you normally have to come back and grout it and then let that sit overnight three days sounds about right depending on if they get it all done on schedule

Hi I don't think that the wood plank tiles take grout! They're supposed to butt up together.Dome may be laid a little off, but it's not a big deal after you put furniture.Check before you use the grout you just bought

You are are doing amazing work. The carbon monoxide detector that people are talking about can fit in your hand. You put batteries in it and u can take it to any hotel or Airbnb. The device will sound an alarm with it detects carbon monoxide. In the US it cost between 19.00 and 29.00 dollars. Great to get when small kids around.
