I absolutely positively LOVE going to flea markets, thrift stores, antique malls.... I think you get the picture. This was an awesome flea market! I would of bought that wagon for $10. and filled it with goodies! Looks like you and your Mom got a lot of cool things! My Mom passed away four years ago, gosh I miss her so much. She fell, broke her right hip and arm. Had a stroke after her hip surgery. It can happen so quick. Be careful you two and enjoy making memories! Yea...the tire was definitely a bummer but the whole thrifting trip made up for that! Are you taking about the wire basket? I think I said that one would be a GREAT trash to treasure! My thoughts were to have a shiplap type of board that you could mount the wire basket to at the bottom. Then at the top you could put a vinyl saying and even add clips for pictures. The wire basket could then be filled with flowers, such as some greenery and lavender. It would be really cool! Never seen a cheese box before in my life maybe we don’t have them in Iowa though. Everyone asks me why I don’t decorate my small apartment simple every penny I make goes to rent, cell phone, electric and maybe some groceries if I am lucky. I simple don’t have the money to do anything else and that’s with working two jobs. Wished I could but I never have any extra money laying around and if I do it’s to get quarters so I can do my laundry at the mat . I enjoy getting to see the things I would buy if I only had money to do it.

Hi Aileen! The thrift store that is opening up is the one that was previously on VanDyke...it's the old Vincent DePauls. The first 500 people get a $5 coupon off, they told me. And, I most certainly can tell you which ones I go to. Here is a list: Salvation Army on Hall Rd (M-59) (it's the Utica Salvation Army) Go to the NEW Vincent DePaul's that we just spoke about...it will literally be around the corner. I go to the one on VanDyke...it's the Salvation Army in Shelby Township (23 & VanDyke). My favorite Salvation Army is the Rochester one. (It's about 20 minutes from these. It's on Auburn Rd.) There is also a St. Mary's Thrift Store on VanDyke and 19 mile rd (It's so so) ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I recently found two AWESOME Salvation Army's....(it was in my latest video), but they are further away. Maybe they will be on your way to my area. If so....they are soooo worth going! I found tons of stuff at them! Salvation Army-Bloomfield Hills Salvation Army- Walled Lake Hope that help!
