Watch all videos - playlist kzbin.info/aero/PLmz2QxbXLPGQaN9z12hwoxxqQz4YvIf87 Please find the English description in the description box | උදේ පාන්දරම නැගිටලා උදේ කෑමට කඩලයි ලොකු මෑ ඇටයි(Kidney beans) තම්බලා ගත්තා. අත්තම්මා තමයි කඩල, කවුපි, මුං ඇට වගේ ඒව උදේට කන්න වැඩිපුරම කැමති. මල්ලි නම් ඒවා දිහා බලන්නෙ වත් නෑ. හැබැයි ඉතින් බඩගිනි තද වුණාම ඉබේම කුස්සියට ඇවිත් සද්ද නැතුව කනවා. මං හිතාගෙන හිටියේ දවල් කැමට අල කිරි හොදි හදලා කුකුල් මස් මිරිසට හදලා ගන්න. තව ලපටි කැරට් අල වගයකුත් ගස් පිටින්ම තිබුණ නිසා ඒකෙන් සලාදයකුත් හදලා ඉස්සෝ පපඩම් බැදල ගන්න. ඒත් ඉතින් මේ අපේ මල්ලිත් එක්ක බැහැනේ. ඒ නිසා මගේ හිතේ තිබුණ කෑම වේල එහෙම්පිටින්ම වෙනස් කරන්න සිද්ද වුණා. හැබැයි ඉතින් රෝස්ට් කරපු කුකුල් මස් කන්න තියෙන ආසාවට හරියන්න මල්ලිට පෝරණුවට දාන්න දර පලන්නත් සිද්ද වුණා. කුකුලෙක් එහෙම්පිටින්ම රෝස්ට් කරලා නිකම්ම නිකං සුදු බත් එක්ක කන්න බෑනෙ. ඉතින් ඒකට හරියන්න සුවඳ ඉස්සර කරගත්ත බතක් හැදුවා. බතේ පාට කහ වුණාට මේ බත් එක කහ බතට වඩා රස වෙනස්. හල්මිල්ල කොල උඩට උණු උණුවේ බත් ටික බෙදුවමත් අමුතු රසක් එකතු වෙනවා. ගිතෙලුයි බටරුයි කුළුබඩු එක්ක මිශ්‍ර කරගෙන ඒ මිශ්‍රණය කුකුලාගේ හම වැහෙන්න ගාගත්තම පෝරණුව ඇතුලෙදි හමේ තියෙන තෙල් තට්ටුවත් එක්ක අර මිශ්‍රණය එකට එකතු වෙලා මතුවෙන රසය කුකුලාගේ ඇඟ ඇතුලට කාවදිනවා. රාත්තල් අටකටත් වඩා බර මේ කුකුලාගේ මස මෙලෙක් වෙලා නියම රසය ගන්න ඕන නිසා පැය තුනක්ම පෝරණුවේ තියෙන්න ඇරියා. ඉතින් මම කුකුලා රෝස්ට් කරගන්න වෙලාවෙදිම අර්තාපල් ටිකයි අනිත් එළවළු ටිකයි සේරම එකසැරේම පෝරණුවට දමා ගත්තා. ඒකටම කුකුල් මසුත් එක්කම හම්බ වුණු නොමේරු (premature eggs) බිත්තර ටිකත් දාගත්තා. ආ තව උදේට හදලා ඉතුරු වෙලා තිබුණ කඩල ටිකට වැල් දොඩම් යුෂයි දොඩම් පොතු ටිකකුයි එකතු කරලා කුකුලගේ ඇතුලටම පුරවාගත්තා. මං එහෙම කලේ රෝස්ට් වෙද්දි කුකුල් මස් වලින් වෑහෙන යුෂ වලින් ඒ මිශ්‍රණය රසවත් කරගන්න පුළුවන් නිසා. කුකුලා රෝස්ට් වුණාට පස්සෙ ඒ මිශ්‍රණය ආපහු එලියට අරගෙන මම කෑම මේසෙදි ඒකට තැම්බුණු බිත්තර කුඩු කරලා එකතු කරා. ඒකට මල්ලි තමයි වැඩිපුරම ආස වුණේ. කඩල ඇටයක් කන්න අකමැති වුණාට මොකද මෙ විදියට හදල දුන්නම නම් ඉල්ල ඉල්ල කන්නෙ. අන්තිමට බත් බෙදාගත්ත වට්ටිය මැදට බේක් වෙච්ච එළවළු අතුරගෙන ඒ මැදින් රෝස්ට් කරගත්ත කුකුළා තියලා මේසෙට ගෙනිච්චා. ලා කොල පාට තිබ්බටු ගෙඩි, තද කොල පාට බණ්ඩක්කා කරල්, තැඹිලි පාට ළපටි (baby carrot) කැරට් අල, දම්පාටයි කහ පාටයි අර්තාපල් අල සේරම එකතු වුණාම ඒ බන්දේසියට අමුතුම ලස්සනක් එකතු වුණා. අපේ මල්ලි කිව්වා හරියටම හරි. මේරි නැන්දලාගෙ ගෙදර නත්තල් මේසෙත් මේ වගේ තමයි. බෞද්ධයෝ විදියට අපේ පවුලේ අය නත්තල සැමරුවේ නැතත් නත්තල් දවසට අපි හැමෝටම මේරි නැන්දලයි ගෙදර නත්තල් මේසේ නම් වරදින්නෙ නෑ. ආදරයෙන් නදී ❤️❤️❤️
