Hopefully Mike realizes that his freedom is more important than some 🐱. Kids or no kids, NO female is ever worth your freedom or your kids, ever. Just walk away. Thousands of guys learn this lesson every day, and unfortunately, a large number of those guys keep going back for more. When it gets to the point where your freedom is taken away and the police are involved, it’s time to call it quits and just treat the whole situation as simply a bad business decision. Gotta take the emotions out of it tho, bcuz when you think with your emotions, nothing good comes of that. They ain’t worth it. Sincerely, A guy who learned his lesson and did NOT end up in jail.

Any law that results in loss of citizen owning firearms is an unconstitutional, illegal, legislation. Remember that oath to defend the constitution from enemies foreign AND domestic? But then we just accept it as normal that a felony conviction can take away your God given rights which the constitution states no government can ever take away your God given rights. We swore an oath but none of us live by it. We just served a corrupt government controlled by bought civilian politicians owned by the highest bidder bribing them via lobbyists. And we quickly turn on our brothers in arms over accusations reported by government news media and corrupt government admin. May the Lord Christ Jesus of Nazareth return soon to take His children home cause I'm over it. I drank the Kool aid but my eyes been opened for too long. God bless SgtMajor Mike Glover.

I personally had seen some comments on reddit and youtube from people claiming to be anonymous neighbors who had bad dealings with him. Super non descript slander. The kind of thing that adds fuel to this sort of fire. But you have to ask yourself, who really follows a neighbor you don't get along with on youtube and in reddit so you can post stuff like that? This is likely all just psy-ops. Mike has been targeted by the FBI at the very least, makes sense you'd get some FEDs in the youtube chats claiming to be anonymous neighbors who would elude to having violent interactions with him.

What? A woman says some things she didn't mean in order to punish her significant other? No way! I've literally NEVER heard of that happening! (Sarcasm). He needs to lose that woman ASAP.
@angeldesigns13857 ай бұрын
A necessary evil as far as I’m concerned. I was in a relationship with a woman who already had a child, and I considered her my child as well. But after several similar issues, I decided it was best to just walk away and literally never look back. That was 15 years ago, and the truth is I walked away from arrests, jail time and felonies Scott free which I know would have happened if I would’ve stayed with them.. I do however still miss the stepdaughter that I should have had.
@0101-s7v7 ай бұрын
@@angeldesigns1385 I 100% relate to what you're saying. I was dating a Canadian woman with a 3-year-old daughter, but slowly realized that she had some problems, some related to hygiene, that I just couldn't get past. She also had a daughter, about 3 years old, who absolutely adored me and I her. Wherever I went she would follow me and would always sit with me… Almost never with her mother… cuddle up and fall right to sleep. She literally never spoke a word the 6 months we were together, so I think there was some trauma there. The mother severely lacked parenting skills and her daughter had behavioral problems, some of which I solved in 24 hours, even though I never had children and had a pretty crappy upbringing, with no good examples to pull from. Anyway, when they went back to their apartment in Canada, she told me her daughter went to every room, apparently looking for me, which broke my heart. That was 25 years ago and I still feel a sense of loss over that… a child that wasn't even mine… and think about her often. The only consolation I have is that her mother did learn a few parenting skills from me and their relationship improved significantly. She began to talk a lot after that, also. I can only hope that she grew up okay and is happy now. I still miss her, though, and part of me still regrets breaking it off, but only for the sake of her daughter. She needed stability and I feel like I let her down.

You can't lose the mother of your kids. She just had a baby and that really messes up your hormones. You feel sad, lonely, depressed, hurt and you don't know why but it's frustrating and you do stupid things, say stuff you don't mean. It's really hard to self-control. She needs help. For me, the biggest lessons here are to be very very careful about who you choose as a partner and coparent. Additionally, be very cautious when dealing with the government. In all the material I have seen from Mike, he comes across as quite ethical and I was surprised by the initial story. Domestic violence is never OK. Neither are false allegations. In Utah? Never happen.
@daschmidtz6 ай бұрын
@@ValhallaVFT Up charging is when the crime fits the letter of the law, but the lesser charge is easier to convict on when considering jury sympathies like what if this happened to me or gee, a felony for that one thing seems a little harsh. Hence this is why they get down charged at pleas because if the defense knows they would be lucky to beat the higher charge but don't want the risk, they really don't want to take the chance when the jury is given the option of deciding the more serious charge, lesser charge, or not guilty. As long as the investigation and facts fit the letter of the law, the appropriate charge should be used and most agencies specifically have written policies saying if probable cause for a felony exists, or domestic violence charge, or DUI, the officer must file the charge and let the court system play it out. To intentionally do a shoddy investigation to file a charge that one knowingly does not fit is crime just about everywhere. That would also violate the law regarding exculpatory evidence that if the officer knows the evidence is making allegations less reliable or is beneficial to the accused, they have they have to disclose it.

The officer wrote her statement. She exaggerated. I'm sure the officer also took photo's of the bathroom door. The way this works is the officer makes the DV arrest. The filing DA gets the case and decides what initial charges to file. The case is then assigned to the DA that will be responsible for at least the initial part of the court process. This is the DA that dropped and reduced the charges, probably due to the uncooperative victim. In my experience 80% of domestic violence victims recant their story and become uncooperative at some point in the process. Children and family services became involved when the victim claimed she had a mental health crisis that ultimately resulted in a violent incident. It doesn't sound like anyone is trying to railroad Glover into prison. This is the way the justice system is supposed to work when confronted with new facts. If Mike is wise, he won't continue this relationship with his girlfriend beyond matters pertaining the welfare of their common child.

Great coverage Nate🤙!! As former federal LE, where I spent 5 1/2+ years as a Long Term(deep) Undercover Operative, involved in child endangerment/human trafficking investigations, my only question is if Mike Glover is still in jail, WHY?!?!? Based on the charges that you posted, though I'm not familiar with Utah laws, however this should be a ROR case, if the tampering/breaking the "No Contact" order are out, nothing more, or if any misdemeanor domestic violence charges bring a monetary bond, $1000/10%, tops. Regarding Child Services initially big footing the case, without knowing the timing of things along with the communication with the prosecution, this could have been the state's below the belt reaction to the GF changing her story and basically mirroring Mike's. This happens often in DV cases and is why many states have passed laws that allow the state to move forward with charges if evidence do not support the wife/GF's redaction/change of story. That they bypassed immediate family, in this case the grandparents, this leads me to believe that this was a lil retribution and a passive 🖕 to Mike's GF on her redaction. Your initial post was spot on and was actually the finest video that I watched on this matter, as I DON'T GIVE A FLYIN FVCK WHO YOU ARE, if you are involved in an incident that requires Law Enforcement intervention, the first AND ONLY WORDS outa your mouth after you acknowledge that ya understand Miranda, are, "MAY I PLEASE SPEAK WITH MY ATTORNEY?" LE may not ask you ANYTHING after you ask for or state that you want to speak to your attorney. Not to nitpick, though the property damage charge could stay even if the door was not broken down, if the door was rendered "inoperable" or unsafe without repair. Cosmetic damage doesn't count though if the door would not function properly/safely without repair, then they can still hang that on Mike though that's a bullsh!t charge when taken in the whole context of this case and should be dropped. For ANYONE watching this video, Nate's first video is spot on, and that goes for myself and any current or former LE personnel. I cannot tell you how many times that I have seen LE personnel basically do what Mike did, and it hurt them legally EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I don't care if the LE individual is your BFF, blood relative or fellow LE peer, in their capacity they have a sworn duty to gather evidence, and it is almost always going to be used against you, including your words!! About 15 yrs ago I was charged with sexual harassment/stalking at work. A female coworker framed me because I had told her husband that she'd cheated on him(which was true). At the trial, before I was acquitted, it became glaringly obvious that she was lying, and that the affair had not just happened, but had gone on for years. It was so bad that her attorney stormed out on her as soon as it ended. The arresting officer approached me afterwards and apologized for charging me. He said that she'd completely convinced him with her tears, and he asked me if I would forgive him(I know, I know... he was a rookie). I told him that I would, but he had to tell every cop that he met about how he'd been TOTALLY tricked by a beautiful woman just because she was crying. It wasn't to humiliate him, but rather to spread the lesson around. I believed him when he agreed to do it. I once worked with another woman who had her boyfriend charged with rape, after they'd had consensual sex, because he'd said "hi" to his ex-gf on the street and lied about not seeing her. He couldn't post bail and was in jail for 2 1/2 months before they dropped the charges. I had a friend whose girlfriend (and the mother of his infant daughter) got wasted on vodka one night while he was at work. When he got home she flew into a jealous rage over the women that he worked with - he was completely faithful. She hurt herself in several ways by staggering around drunkenly, but she smashed her own face into the wall on purpose. Then she called the cops and reported DV... and by the way, he has a gun. He did indeed have one, in its box in the bedroom closet. You can imagine how that went down when the police arrived. He sat in jail until the next afternoon, when she woke up, sobered up, and called to drop the charges. His face ended up looking worse than hers thanks to the brilliant "super hero" cop who'd taken it upon himself to mete out a little justice in the name of protecting women. I have more, but that'll do for now... So, there was this girl who'd just turned 18(I was about 23), and her lesbian gf wanted to make collect calls to my house from prison... maybe next time. 🙀👭

Sorry but Post 1996 DV Act this kind of ‘victim changes story or say they don’t wana press charges’ so charges get dropped does not just happen anymore like that. Some covert intervention is going on which is probably why DCFS would then come and take the kid from her and the grandparents like that. He absolutely DID violate the no contact. It’s called 3rd party contact. It’s in all no contact orders. The friend he called “played the game.” What was the name of that agency Mike use to work for again? You know? As a direct hire, not a contractor. I’ve seen how this DV stuff works first hand.
@bryanknight10567 ай бұрын
Up until today, I was thinking the opposite. That this was a fabricated or misleading event meant to take Glover down, some hot piece honeypot covert action type thing. They did put out an FBI bulletin on the guy after all. Not that it'd make much sense. Not like he was saying anything super based or actually taking any kind of significant action, but the gov has overreacted before. How do you know he violated the no contact order beyond that statement that the DA claimed was embellished? Why would the agency care to intervene on his behalf? The only reason they would is if he was working directly for them currently in some counter intel role domestically.

I want the best for everyone in this case, nobody truly knows what happened but them, and of course all Mike’s fans would feel warm fuzzies about Mike being exonerated … but this absolutely fits the pattern of DV victims recanting their stories, dropping charges, and going back to their abusers. Additionally, what are the chances that Mike doesn’t know anyone associated with local PD? It’s about zero. I would be 0% surprised if he doesn’t know the DA directly, or they have a common friend that helped out. Oh and the “I fell off my motorcycle” story wreaks of “I’m just clumsy, I just fell down the stairs/walked into a door”. Too many red flags to ignore.

Thanks for the update. I hate that DV is really tricky to navigate and still carries a loss of your rights. How a law can be a misdemeanor but carries a lifelong felony penalty, and is treated by police policy as “arrest is the preferred response” is crazy! Bc cops have to make the arrest by policy (in most cases)- and because of that, someone instantly battles whether or not they have the right to defend themselves and their families ever again. But its still just a misdemanor, 11 mo 29 days. So its not serious enough for prison, but its serious enough to change your God given rights to protect yourself and your family. WIlD

You can't be so consumed with the daily grind that you ignore your problems, and just hope they go away. My suspicion is this young lady is very sad, lonely, hurt, and is on a postpartum emotional roller-coaster and she can't articulate to Mike her needs in a way that is productive. He has no clue how to solve her issues, he doesn't understand postpartum emotional changes are probably beyond her ability to self-control. Combine that with a lifelong vet with a ton of combat/field time and subsequent mental health issues with an all-consuming career and you get a recipe for disaster...most importantly for their kid and his other two kids.
