Definitely needs a re-tune, id imagine it would help substantially if you installed a higher stall torque converter as well, as for your idling issue a new high stall torque converter would 100% fix it. It’s almost always a necessity when installing a cammed engine.

Send your ecu to PCMofNC and u fill out a list of what’s done to it may be a tune issue man

If ur battery has a bad cell it will run like shit sometimes it will start sometimes it won’t a dead cell in a battery will make a truck lose its mind. I would replace the battery an see if that cures some problems I literally had this exact issue on my 6.0 in my 2500 Chevy It wouldn’t idle an sometimes it would start sometimes it won’t replaced battery an cured it

It’s better to retune it again and see how your air/fuel is when cam it’s good to have wide band =air/fuel gauge just a tip not an order 🫡

AFR is close just a few spots that have to be fixed but we have to get the start/idle fixed and perfect first.
