Come on guys, think....his prior conviction rate is gonna matter, if he has zero priors, he's gonna get probation...he'll tell the judge he was drunk and made a mistake...no way will he get the max, unless he's got a ton of prior convictions

We agree it will 100% matter and totally don't think he'll get the max. But from everything we've seen people saying online (no proof of it actually being true) it seems like this wasn't his first conviction. So, we were curious with the ceiling being so high, how much trouble he'll actually get in
