Hi Gavin, just left a comment on your previous blog. Thanks for the shoutout man!, really appreciated it brother!. Well, to bring you up to date. I`d intended to hit the ground running on January 1st, but let`s just say I`d celebrated & drank too much the night before!. So needed Jan 2nd to recover. On Jan 3rd I was back at work & I knew that was the day to start. So when I`d finished my shift and got home, Instead of just changing clothes & kicking back - I went for a run & that felt good. All the bad foods had been replaced & I had the weekend to really detox & go jogging again. So it`s the 14th of January today & I`m amazed to say the weight I put on - over the holidays - has gone already. So I`m as I was pre-Christmas, which i`m happy about man. For me It proved I could let myself `go` for the holidays - then put the work In afterwards to get back on track. That is what you preach brother & it is so right!. In previous years - The New year comes round & for about a month you just sit around blaming yourself, eating crap - rather than doing anything about it. So I feel pumped brother - I`m ready to face the New year ahead - this time with no regrets!.

@john26874 Sounds Awesome man! Absolutely if you plan to eat heavy and enjoy yourself for holidays, vacation, a cheat day! Go for it! It's all about building that discipline and consistency with getting back on track! Not letting 1 or 2 bad days turn into 3-6 months of bad days! I've been there and I'm still learning myself! We're doing good though and We got this brother! Stay in touch and keep up the good work man! *Keep Going, Never Stop* Much Love 💪✌️
