Hey Gavin, Another good video man!. I too was a bad boy! - but I knew I would be. I was determined to enjoy the holidays - after the ups & downs of last year. So yes I ate far too much junk & chocolate & cakes etc. Along with a lot of beers & brandy - I blame my bros for inviting me out to parties etc. I also enjoyed my Cuban cigars over the holidays & the quality time smoking them with my bros & catching up etc. It was quality time & I didn`t think once about my diet etc. I just enjoyed myself man - i think I took advantage of your `flexible goals` ethos a little too much!. Yet unlike normal I didn`t stress about it, I just went with the flow. I`m glad you enjoyed your Christmas with your family, honestly man the holidays fly by so fast, you need to be in the moment & not worrying about your KZbin blog. Besides you deserve it brother.
