When I have compared my stalker and pocket radar velos when throwing weighted balls I noticed the pocket radar is usually off. That’s probably why your numbers are weird. Pocket radars don’t do well with underweight and overweight balls

I noticed that too actually. The 90 i’m definitely a little skeptical about but the 86 with the 6 would make sense since I was 85 with it last week and the 5 ounces seemed accurate but yeah my friend threw 100 with a 4 ounce but was usually 93-95 with it so I’ve seen some weird readings with the weighted balls

Mine was the same way, pocket said I was 94 with the 6 on shuffles and was actually only 88-90

@@DSARM the pocket radar is accurate its just you guys aren't recording the numbers properly, the person recording should either be 15 feet behind the net or behind you in the flight of the ball. Hope this helps

Depends on the intensity of the day! Biggest thing you need to remember with plyos & weighted balls is they don’t inherently increase velo - they improve mechanical sequencing which ultimately could improve velocity over time. A good resource I like is driveine’s 8 week free weighted ball throwing program you can google it

you should add pulldowns in with your high intent days . helps with intent, your sequencing and athleticism in general. also 5,6,7oz
