Common misconception, but Galactic Man isn't a knockoff. Hasbro licensed the mold for Shockwave from the Korean company ToyCo (they're still around today), where it was originally called Astro Magnum, but didn't have exclusive rights to it. Around the same time Radio Shack also licensed the mold and sold it in stores under the name Galactic Man, but fans also like to refer to it as "Shackwave". There is one big difference between the two: Hasbro remolded the the trigger to make Shockwave's more wide and flat while Galactic Man and Astro Magnum feature long, narrow trigger that's decidedly more phallic in bot mode.

I can see the Steel Brigade figure in the bag at 22:20… Hopefully his backpack and rifle are in the boxes. Combined with the file card and the patch, that makes for a good score. Not quite blue Snaggletooth, but still a couple hundred bucks (maybe more depending on the version).
