Hi Misha great declutter I always feel sad when I attempt to declutter as I link the outfits to events / hols etc & my problem is I cannot fit into them anymore - my wardrobes resembles a shop rail (sizes range from 10 to 16 ) So Misha you have inspired me to start decluttering (maybe put it in the diary for next Monday)

You cleared out a lot. However, you still have a lot. There is no possible way that you wear half of what you kept. I had a lot of clothes myself that I accumulated over the years. I am now getting serious about downsizing my wardrobe to what I really wear. Each season, I do a seasonal switch. I only keep in my main closet what I am wearing in that season. I turn all the hangers backwards and back forwards when I wear an item. Those hangers that were not turned close to the end of the season, I force myself to try and wear. I ask myself if I have things to wear with the item? Does it reflect my current style? Does it fit me in a flattering way? Would I buy it today? If the answer is no, unless you love it and just need something to make it work, let it go. Keeping all of those clothes I can see is stressing you out as it did me and you don't need all of them to feel and look fabulous. Also, try to let go of clothes that you love but never wear. There is a reason that you are not wearing the item. Maybe your lifestyle has changed. The fantasy version of yourself is holding you back from the person you are today. Embrace that person and keep only the clothes that you love that you actually wear. Good luck!
