That is what i was thinking, I stay in Botswana and had clothing sent from overseas which had pockets that were sewn in and needed to be opened with a seam ripper or just carefully removing the thread with a pin or sewing needle.

Roxyyyy, the pockets of Zara blazers and pants aren't fake, they're just sewn. They do that to avoid losing the original shape of the garment. Once bought, you have to gently unpick the pockets

Roxie, the high waisted cram trousers might have pockets you have to open! I have them and they had some some thread closing them that you had to carefully open! If you turn them inside out you might see the material of pocket.

I second that , as someone who worked in sewing place , we always did close the pockets on pants , blazers ect with few stitches to protect the shape and fabric on the pockets.

I can confirm this since I have a variation of those exact pants from black, eru, camel, and even the faux leather version. Pockets are functional, just sewn shut upon receiving them as most of Zara’s trousers and blazers are.

Roxy, I believe the trousers (cream) have real pockets , check inside out, if they have a place for pocket then you just need to remote the few threads keeping them together. I believe I bought the same ones in grey and I removed the threads and now they have pockets! The same with the Blazers 😊 . Check them out! Someone once explained why they do this in Zara but I don’t remember anymore. Hope this helped

I agree with the comments, I loved everything that was shown. The fit, silhouette and colors were excellent. That skort was very well made. I have several mini skirts which must (for safety, privacy, civility😉) be worn along with bike shorts, tights and a bodysuit (not usually all at once but I do live in a very cold climate so layers are needed).

Most blazers or suit type items are sewn closed for aesthetic reasons, it's so they stay looking neat, you just need to snip the stitches, just check inside (I noticed a little bunching under the top layer so I think they have pockets) x

Hi Bub just wanted to let you know that all or 99% of Blazers have pockets, its just that the manufacture sews them shut because the pockets gape open on the hangers so check them all. I promise some of them do indeed have pockets. Love ya babe.

Typically when you buy a nice blazer you have to use something called a seam ripper to open the seams on a pocket that's how you know you've got a nice blazer, its the same with the tailpiece there's usually a string holding the tail piece together
