If you ever get the chance to see HC live don't hesitate he does a great show even when it's just him and his mate on bass.

JJ's famous guitar intro at the beginning isn't here.

This sounds nothing like the recorded version of "No More Heroes" Hugh doesn't hold the notes of any of the words, he cuts them very short. It sounds laboured. This LIVE version lacks authenticity. Very sad and disappointing. I'm a massive Stranglers Fan and I hate to hear their great songs butchered. The intro and other guitar parts sounds more like Australian Band v Spy v Spy's "Credit Cards" kzbin.info/www/bejne/rH-ceHuYjsRrb5o Listen to this via the Link above. Some of my favourite Bands sound better LIVE than the restrains of the studio. DEVO, The Cure, The Cult, Radio Birdman, Midnight Oil, Celibate Rifles, Lime Spiders, Buzzcocks, The Posies, Urge Overkill, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, STATUS QUO were the best of all.

It's Clem Burke against the rest of the Band. He destroys every song with his overall Cymbals, even crashing dynamic parts like the guitar solo. Sad but true, it's horrible to listen or even recognize the song.

aha! You right mate in a certain way... he's a drum beast, loud as fuck! but it's up to the sound guy to boost a little bit the guitar

Terrible drummer!
@Alan-v4q11 ай бұрын
Well, he's a very good Drummer, though he's not suited to this Band. In all of the Ramones' songs I think I've heard 2 cymbal crashes. High Hat, Snare and KIck Drums are the staples. Toms and Cymbals are to be used sparingly. A good example of a great Drummer is Stewart Copeland of The Police. Chris Frantz of The Talking Heads/Tom Tom Club John Coghlan of Status Quo. Ringo Starr of The Beatles. Clem Burke was great in Blondie.
