Storming NY-based instrumental from the mysterious Hugh Hendriks. Released in NY on the Casper Wax label, also (unusually) licensed to Dynamic Sounds in Jamaica.

This song back in the day was mostly played by the late count Shelley sound system and because we didn't know the name we titled it count Shelleys anthem. R.I.P to Count Shelley sound system operator and record producer a pioneer and real servant of the Jamaican music industry

I've heard a different recording of this song before, but can't place it. Hugh Hendriks & his band were among the very earliest U.S.-based (NYC area) live reggae bands (if not the first) and provided backing for the major Jamaican acts that toured America at the time.
