Everyone says online we should talk about mental health but when you do it with people in real life it just makes them uncomfortable or they don’t want to hear it

Unfortunately, too many people are still overwhelmed by this topic. They become insecure and helpless when you talk about that and no one likes to feel like that. Therefore, every person who is not deterred by this and courageously stands on his path is blessed!

Another take on the word fine, aside from the negative acronym. I am an abuse thriver. 71 here. I start my morning as I wake with I’m fine fit focused and free mantra. I dropped saying I was cheated along with the lava flow of PTSD with two abusive parents, 5 brothers with no one to go to for safe shelter growing up. I choose to embrace gratefulness. It’s been a long road to get here.

It's true, there's no single trigger for depression, it one thing on top of another, After another.., and it can drive you into a deep dark pit.

That was spot on what he said, it is so difficult being a parent & especially to children who have mental health issues, as well as dealing with our own issues. This is why I love him so much, he's so open & real about things that are so close to his heart, that it's OK to be & feel vulnerable & how we need to talk more, about it as it affects so many of us. He's so genuine & lovely 🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️

Her had to get mental health help because he divorced his wife because he was having an affair with his co-star for The Music Man. There is a difference. I have mental health problems but I didn't break up my marriage or another person's marriage.
