My favorite super for twelve is X.F.L.A.T because you can do cl.mk into X.F.L.A.T by doing a 450 with the stick from the down position, to cancel cl.mk with a super jump, which is canceled by X.F.L.A.T.

That kinda reminds me of some weird input for an O.Hawk OS in ST. 1478963212321. Start with LP, hold down the other two punches during the whiff animation while doing _that_ motion, piano release all 3 when done. If opponent is in a throwable state, they get 360'd. If they're doing a reversal, they get DP'd.

As long as Seth is in, I feel like Twelve won't. Same with Q. G is basically thought to be early Q and has a lot of similar moves so likely not. It's really mostly shotos that see similar moveset "clones" and not many others

What sucks about 12 is he's the bottom teir but he's just a step away from being at least playable give him a couple decent strings that are cancellable or even leave his entire kit alone and just give him like grappler damage numbers and let him play his weird game of rock paper scissors with single hit punishes air pressure and zoning

is there any advice for nailing that crouching short > AXE > super? It's fucking hard to pull off and he does it so effortlessly. as far as I can tell you have to do the AXE QC slower than the super.. but how do you even buffer the super QCs?

I literally just do qcb into double QCF, I don't have any advice for it, sorry. Once you can do the cancel consistently, using it as a confirm isn't so hard.

That wouldn't fix him at all. Twelve would need his health increased, his cr mk to be special/super cancelable, his a.x.e. special to have less knockback or more range so you can reliably land all hits, and his n.d.l. special to have less recovery as well as making it super cancelable. These would help him a ton but would probably only bring him around mid-tier in 3rd strike. oh and make his sa2 fully connect if it lands air to air.

@@nybethobdilord6912 That changes to much of the playstyle. By giving him these two unique traits. It gives him something only people who play Twelve would know how to use, as with Twelve's moveset being as it is, just have better movement and way to mess with your opponent improve him. He doesn't necessarily need a reword of any move to improve him. Plus it would fit a lot better to give Twelve some unique traits, to better reflect how unnatural he is.

@@nybethobdilord6912 Twelve is a gimmick Changing move data like that would make him better, yes, but it wouldn't make him more rewarding, as now he just feels more normal. That rewarding feeling just wouldn't last. Twelve was not made to be normal, make him weird by Street Fighter standers. I certainly do think some of his slower moves should be improved. That just would not nor would it ever be enough to make Twelve truly viable. A dash attack would him let cancel into his more powerful but less safe moves just as well, and adds an element of mix up that isn't truly predictable. A crouch dash would not only let Twelve be better at rushing down the enemy, give him a bizarre and hard to punish defensive tool. And it would all still let the Twelve be primarily based on footsies while fighting. Simply make his less safe moves better would be boring, and he'd still have like 80% to 90% of his original weaknesses. It would simply let Twelve do more, before being punished aways for the same stuff he always been punished by.
