I have this 580 there is a small screw to lock that claw in the back and honestly every one calls it timber claw but it's not in real excavator this claw is used for building demo it's strong to chomp bricks and concrete on real buildings

I have the 580 too, that's what that claw came from.😂👍 And yes sir you're totally right about the demo claws usage. 😄👍 As for that darn little screw on the ropster craw...😕 I never paid attention to that darn thing 😂 Just didn't notice it I suppose 😕 But this method also works out well as a alternative.😂👍 Problem Solving at it's best my friend.😄🤜🤛

At first I didn't understand why you wanted to put a return spring on the inside of the clamp but yes it is indeed a good idea for the clamp to stay open to grab large objects, after that it might have been easier attached to the excavator arm so that it remains open without using a spring 🙂 I will soon have time to take care of mine, so I would retain your ideas 😉

I was thinking of you with this idea Pascal 😊👍 I recall you talking about putting the timber grabber attachment on your Excavator, And I figured that you had to see my little mod for it.😊👍 Thanks for your Awesome Compliments Pascal,😁🙏 And many more for checking out the video my Brother.😊👍🤜🤛

Nice! I'd want to do this to my 1550 too, but I have a hard time finding a spare claw part :( Any clue where I could find one?
@R.C.A.D.3 жыл бұрын
Which part are you looking for ? The "Timber grabber" itself, or the "Pintal hitch" portion that I screwed to the boom arm ? The Timber grabber is easy to find, Simply Google "Huina 580 Timber grabber" As for the Pintal hitch portion,🤔 hmm ? I can't remember where I got that from, It either came from the Wish app, or Amain Hobbies,😕 But I'm thinking that it might have came from the Wish app,🤔 Which is easy as well, Simply download the Wish app, and then search in "Wish" for RC trailer hitches, Fyi, Wish also sells All kinds of stuff for the Huina's 😁 Just search for Huina excavator upgrades 😊👍 Thanks for your Great Comment, and for checking out the video my friend. 😁👍🤜🤛
