Huion Kamvas 13 Review

I've always wanted a drawing tablet for PC, but never owned one. Just ordered one of these, so this is not only my first tablet with a screen, but my first tablet ever. Very excited, should be here in a couple of days :)

@@DeraPlays Honestly the best purchase I have ever made.. I use it with Photoshop and Flash, and it has reopened an old hobby for me entirely. While I am extremely happy about my purchase, I will say however that if you are getting your first tablet, like I was, you probably don't need to shell out and get a tablet with a screen. That being said, I personally don't regret doing so, but you can probably get a perfectly good tablet for like 40-50$, whereas I paid 260$, which is still pretty cheap for one with a screen.

@@Pellemain i see, i had a one by wacom (non screen) from 2019 And i wanna upgrade to a screen one, and huion kamvas 13 seems like the right option, tho i have my doubts since i had seen sooo many ppl saying bad stuff bput huion, but ill give it a try on friday when ot arrives Also, what does the package come with? In terms of cables.. Some said it has an extra cable some say it dosnt Can i use a type c to type c connection?

@@DeraPlays You can use a type c to type c, but there isn't one included in the package. The cable that is included is a 3-in-1, type c to hdmi and 2x usb (one for power). It coes with the 3-in-1 cable, an extension usb cable, a glove, and the stylus + stylus holder. It also comes with 10 replacement nibs for the stylus and a cloth for the screen.

a question. i have seen on older reviews that the lines are wobbly when drawn slowly. there seems to have been a fix for it that removed the wobbly by about 80% Could you test for me and draw a slow line like really slow along a ruler or something straight to see if it wobbles? :D thanks!

that was the old model, the one he has is the 2020 model and it was indeed fixed!

He man, thanks for the review. Question. What about the material used on the part of the buttons? I have a tablet from the same company, a kanvas one, but in a shot time of use the material started to give away. It was some kind of tuner like plastic and it started to peal away. I would love to get one especially if it was more of a harder plastic. Again, thanks fir the review.

The material seem fine to me! Feels much like my current tablet (Wacom Cintiq 13) which I haven’t been having any issues with since I bought it in 2014. I also use hot keys on my keyboard more so that might play a part in its longevity 😳

Hi I have an urgent question. I am using huion kamvas and no matter how I try, I can't make colors match the ones on my monitor. Thing is on tablet colors are great , but once posting online people say they don't see shading at all, nor contrast , although I see them on my tablet. Question is , what are most optimal settings so my tablet could semi-match my viewers screen? I see lots of artworks online which are seen the same by tons of people, and it cannot be a jackpot that artist somehow gambled colors so everyone sees, there must be some settings that can at least somehow match most devices. I really am hoping for answers, this issue been motivation killer and put me in continuous art blocks one after another. Best regards.

May I ask, does this huion drawing board in its original condition include a stand? I bought it but didn't see it?

The stand isn't includes in its original condition, you have to buy it seperately

Oooh I haven’t tried it on a pc. I just plugged all the 3in1 cable in and downloaded the Mac drivers for it then it pretty much worked right away! 😊

Nope, this is not a standalone tablet. It needs a pc/laptop/mobile to work

why on earth you decided to continue painting in the review video? Just to get more watch hours? I would recommend creating a standalone videos for that, you are doing good IMO
