Did you see the way Lou lifted her high with one arm? Dude was STRONG! Notice though that Ferigno isn't nearly as cut here as he was in the first season. I think I read that he didn't have time to work out properly because of his shooting schedule and they even got him on steroids and he got sick.

Banner brought it on himself in some measure by constantly running away putting himself in jackpots. He could have just gone back to wherever he ran from after everything died down. Being that Banner and The Hulk got the new town in order he would find himself in relatively peacefully surroundings.
