Just to clarify, Hogan didn't start in the WWE. And I did some research, Hogan's last match was on the 27th January 2012, and it was on a TNA house show in Manchester, England: Hulk Hogan, Sting and James Storm vs Bobby Roode, Bully Ray and Kurt Angle A six man tag team match that happened on a TNA house show really isn't last match material.

A lot of people on here who always leave negative comments about hulk, I'm guessing are under 25 or you would realise that those of us who grew up with hulkamania will always be hulkamaniac and it doesn't matter how old he is, for one last big wrestlemania match there will always be tickets sold. The man along with Vince McMahon made and built the wwf brand and the wrestlemania concept itself to be seen throughout the world. Together they managed to sell it, both needed each other, if it was just one of them it would definitely not be what it is today. So he is entitled to have a match or be part of it if he so wishes! He is talking about one match for god sake not coming back to have title matches at every PPV! Especially if it was one with another legend.

A Typical Hogan match is - relatively speaking - not terribly strenuous. He looks to be in decent enough shape. Wrestling is a work, so therefore he can wrestle several more matches no problem. I wouldn't have any interest in it, but it's not that far fetched. Mae Young was 25 years older than Hogan and still Bronco Busting during the Attitude Era.

***** That's all true for sure but as I said the one key component is, wrestling is a work, so reality doesn't matter. In fact the content of the match is irrelevant, the buildup will be what sells tickets. The disappointment after will fall squarely on the shoulders of the people that decide to give their money to watch it. The only real match that could be done is for Hogan to face Steve Austin and Hogan to lay down cleanly for Austin. And even still that would mean Hogan would have to be the heel which wouldn't happen because he wants to finish off as the red & yellow babyface. Regardless, it will happen again. It's just your option not to watch or buy the match.
