Universal still owns the rights to him so they can only use him in films for now. He can't get his own feature until Universal's rights expire or they sell his Image and likeness to Disney.

Still sticking to the theory Ross is shot - assassination attempt, then it’s a whole mixed blood transfusion that is given to him after he’s shot by someone working for Sterns. I think it’ll follow a similar beat to Civil War where Daniel Bruhl’s character infiltrated. Think this could be a sleeper hit to be fair, some nice cameos pointing to the next avengers line up and a good story line could make this a fun film

Honestly, Bruce developing some tech to keep Ross in human form makes a lot of sense. Could be revealed that Bruce already knows about Ross being the Red Hulk through some off-screen reconnecting and the reason why Bruce uses that tech on himself to revert back to human, in spite of having made his peace with the Hulk, was just him experimenting on whether the device works long term, since he can't really test it out on any other Hulks like Walters, who can shift at will.

If you really think about it, it doesnt make sense to make hulk fight red hulk in this movie. If it happens he needs to lose cuz we all know its banner whos in charge right now (professor hulk). So as long as we dont see a real character development for the hulk it doesnt make sense to make him fight red hulk AND win. He may fight him but he must lose

It would be interesting red Hulk started wrecking havoc. And banner decided to reverse what he has done to himself, because the real Hulk was the only one who could take Redhulk down. I personally really like it if they went that route. I want the real hulk back. It would not feel right to have all these hulk characters in a Captain America movie without banner. We haven’t even seen an interaction between banner and Ross the 08 hulk movie. I think we deserve one as fans.
