saitama whole power is rapidly scaling above whoever he is fighting. he fought a character called cosmic garou, who also could rapidly grow in power, but the narration stated that no matter how many times he copied saitama, saitama power grow far out paced him, and was only continuing to increase exponentionally. so yeah, on top of that, he can physically mess with reality too. saitama kicked away a interdimensional portal. and punched his way into a pocket dimension before.
