Nice of that bloke to drench you with his hose 😅 I've only been to Hull to visit The Deep with the family. Top running mate. Sounds like a tricky course and you'd done a lot of recent training without a full taper, but you emptied the tank like a boss 💪💪🏃‍♂️

😂😂😂yes the old guys seem to love whipping the old hoses out in Hull 🫣🫣🫣🫣 yeh I maybe if should of had an extra day or two’s rest😳🫣🤔 but it is what it is I’ve been building mileage for a while and that was my priority😀, a PB would of just been a bonus . I’m just having a couple of days rest then starting some proper speed training 😳🫣- hope your well mate - always emptying the tank 👊👊

I've worked in Hull for 6 years and there's some lovely buildings and streets. I've also worked in Doncaster for a year so know those parts quite well. You produced an excellent time on a warm day and a twisty course. Really well done. I think the style of these vlogs with the voiceover is brilliant 😢👏👏👏

Cheers Dean mate 👍🏻- yeh loved the course, my current PB was set on Lincoln , super flat and super smooth. The Hull course was very twisty , really good but couldn’t improve on the 10k PB as it was set on a much easier course . Very happy either way with my time at Hull , but oils defo do it again - all the best mate 👊

Possibly true mate 👍🏻👊 but it’s finding the time when others are free as well at the same time as me. A running club just wouldn’t work for me, it’s just easier to train by myself but I don’t give myself an easy time I am very disciplined if I say I’m doing a certain session or time then I’m doing it - thanks for watching 👊👊👊

I disagree about needing a group. He's got loads of self determination. If you know exactly what you're doing, have your workouts sussed, have the self motivation, then a group can pull you away from your goals as the members of the group all have different aim and goals, so it ends up being the lowest common denominator.
