True because all are Universities and suppose to work same way, people living in Himachal deserve same facilities, faculty and curriculum, because students here have passed same entrance criteria as per National level like NTA tests NET-JRF. So I think there shouldn’t be a geographical bias.

I am from Hamirpur and never want to leave my Himachal in life but if someone wants to showcase the prestigious institution in H.P. then only two( NIT n IIT) comes in bracket and from cultural point of view It's valley functions of GDC Kullu where tremendous manifestation of Pahari cultural without any imitation of western culture.Anyway i am not in favour of any bias.Thanks
