There isn't a difference. Both January and May/June multiple choice papers have 60 questions of which many are often repeated from previous years.

@@almasolomon8089 This specimen paper is based on the updated syllabus which applies from the 2022 May/June exams, not January. Although many of the questions are still applicable.

If you're looking to do Biology privately, I advise that you get yourself familiarized with the labs that are done in school for sbas so that you can be properly prepared for paper 3. You need to know the common experimental procedures because the first question on the paper usually requires that you perform a lab in order to answer the questions. This is a specimen paper found in the new HSB syllabus. An example of the type of questions that can come on the paper. So of course it wont be the same paper for this year's exam. If that was the case, everyone would get full marks.
