@MrGameSock Of course, just look at what direction the air flows out of their regulators, just think everything that is going "up" is sinking. The diver with the balloons on him just dumped the air in his BC vest while everyone else has theirs full of air.

@TheAsketeers It's simple. You know how ice forms on top of lakes/rivers and the such in cold? Well they are in a lake. THe man selling the balloons is just upside down with his feet on the ice, and the cameraman has the camera upside down. 2:26 should have explained this.

@Mech10001 I suspect they have some sort of special tool that adds more air to the lower portion of their bodies (ie. their feet). This would make their feet float up towards the surface? I dont know just my theory....

Divers have something called a Bouyancy Control Device, which they inflate or deflate with air to help them control their bouyancy during a dive. These guys probably have their BCD's max inflated, which is why they are being pulled up.
