One Correction sir: Education Index is GEOMETRIC MEAN of (Mean years of schooling and expected years of schooling) I.e √(xy) square root of x and y...and not ARITHMETIC MEAN as explained by you...(x+y)/2

Sir, I have created economic index, social index and transformation of economy index for districts of Rajasthan. For some districts the value of index has come 0 hence when I am calculating the HDI value it is also coming 0. Can HDI value come as 0?
