Its really complicated to explain but you need to put your legs into the screen and then jump on the remote after to propfly. What I did to learn it is just by watching other players do it and I tried to replicate and now I know how to do it, but it takes time to learn. So you could do the same as me, you can even watch my speedruns with pinch and try to replicate or watch other good speedrunners like: kottu, msgames79, imomushi59 and others that you can find in the speedrun.com leaderboards.
